I am a versatile Network and Systems Administrator with a strong background in both corporate enterprise environments and demanding military tactical operations. With over 9 years of hands-on experience, my expertise is centered on maintaining high-availability networks, managing virtual infrastructure, and ensuring seamless IT operations globally.

Currently, my focus at DyStar is on modern system administration and security:

• Network Management: Configuring, monitoring, and troubleshooting ELAN/WAN, Routers, and Palo Alto Firewalls/VPNs.
• Server & Virtualization: Managing Windows/Linux servers (AD, DNS, DHCP) and maintaining VMware ESXi and Hyper-V host systems.
• Global Support: Providing comprehensive technical support for network, systems, and applications to end-users worldwide.

My foundational experience includes administering mission-critical IT systems for multiple hospitals and clinics (Duke Health) and serving as a NETOPS Systems Technician NCO for the South Carolina Army National Guard, managing secure, multi-vendor tactical networks and server assemblages.
